Kristi Nelson is the Executive Director of A Network for Grateful Living. Kristi has lived through an incredible amount of uncertainty so I thought she’d be a perfect person to have a conversation in the midst of the Corona Virus pandemic. She battled stage 4 cancer in her early thirties, surprised herself by falling in love with a woman in her 40s, and has done an incredible amount of soul searching her entire life. In this conversation, we talk about how to find personal security without having control and certainty. We discuss purpose, legacy, embracing and learning through fear, listening to your heart, and discovering the full expression of yourself. Finally, we into how living with a deep sense of gratefulness for every moment can transform your experience of life.
